Real Estate Experience
My first introduction to Real Estate was through a judicial internship at the Middlesex courthouse in the chancery division. In that role, I was exposed to real estate litigation and composed over 100 memoranda on foreclosure and real estate matters. A year later, I interned at Tverdov Housing and learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate, property management, and real estate investing. While interning, I began studying for the NJ Real Estate Salesperson exam and was officially licensed in March 2021. After college, I moved to Hoboken and continued to work between Hudson and Somerset County. In March 2024, I joined the Jill Biggs Group and have expanded the business to focus on Hudson County and serve all of New Jersey. As of March 2026, I started my own real estate team with experienced realtors and property managers. Since getting licensed, I have closed over 150 transactions.
Other Experience
I got my first job as a sales associate at Best Buy in East Hanover during high school. I led the market in revenue per hour for four months. Through this job, I developed a passion for sales and business, but more importantly, helping others make educated purchases. I expanded on my passion by creating a men’s accessory brand, Vanhan Outfitters, and a marketing agency, Motion Marketing, that served over 50 NJ and NY small businesses. After closing both companies to focus on my academics and passion for real estate, I also interned at JP Morgan. After graduating from Rutgers with a double major in Finance and Business Analytics & Information Technology and a concentration in Real Estate, I returned to JP Morgan as a Financial Analyst and was promoted to Associate, focusing on selling treasury services to Media and Telecommunications companies.

More About Me.
Hoboken Resident.
I live in Hoboken, so I’m in the market every day—not just working in it. That makes a difference. I see how buildings are maintained, how properties are priced, and how the market actually moves from week to week. I'm able to see how the different parts of Hoboken and Jersey City compare and evolve beyond what you see online or at the surface. Whether it’s investing or residential, I’m not relying on old data—I’m seeing it play out in real time. If you’re looking in Hoboken or anywhere in Hudson County, that local perspective helps you make better decisions.
Hobbies.
Outside of real estate, I love to stay active around town. You can catch me playing pickleball at the Viaduct, basketball at Church Square Park, and Soccer at Frank Sinatra Field. I also DJ weddings all over Jersey every once in a while. Still having a hard time letting go of my DJ aspirations from my old college frat parties.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling, renting, or investing, let’s talk.
I’ll give you a clear breakdown of the market, where things are actually trading, and how to approach it based on your situation—whether that’s timing, pricing, or strategy.
